Choose the membership you want and select either “Pay yearly” or “Pay monthly”

When you register via our website, you always get a chance to try Albert for free. The free trial period may vary depending on current promotions. If you don’t wish to continue after the trial, be sure to cancel before it ends. Otherwise, the membership will automatically convert to a paid plan.
If you register via our app, the membership is managed by the App Store or Google Play. Their prices and terms may differ from those on our website. For more information, please read the terms in your app store.
We only collect the necessary information to manage your membership. When you register, you provide payment card details which are securely handled through our payment provider Stripe, certified under PCI Service Provider Level 1 – the highest level of security in the payment industry.

To create an account with Albert, start by selecting the membership that suits you best. Then enter your email address and payment card details. We always offer a free trial so you can test the service at no cost.
If you don’t wish to continue after the trial, you can cancel before any charges – and you won’t be billed. There’s no binding period – you can cancel anytime!
When registering with Albert, you create a profile for the child who will use the app. This allows you to track their progress and receive tailored content and recommendations. You enter the child’s name and age during registration.
You can add or modify profiles under "Manage Profiles" when logged into the Parent Portal on our website. Please note that adding multiple profiles is only available with a Plus membership. If you don’t have one, you can easily upgrade your account in the portal!
If you signed up via the app, you can currently only add or edit profiles directly in the app. Go to “My Profile” and tap “About Me” to make changes.
To reset your password, click this link. Make sure to enter your email address correctly and without spaces. If you don’t see the reset email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Your username is the email address you used at registration.
In Albert Junior, the app for children aged 3–9, there are over 3,200 exercises. In addition, there's loads of fun content, such as game elements that appear between completed exercises.
In Albert Teen, the app for children aged 10–16, there are over 4,800 exercises. The app also includes around 270 animated video lessons that explain everything from simple to more advanced problems in a pedagogical way.
Yes! Albert is developed by experienced teachers, educators, and researchers to ensure that the content follows the curriculum. The material is broken down into smaller parts to make it adaptable and easy to tailor to your child’s needs.
In Albert Junior, we use levels instead of grade years, focusing on individual development. To give an idea, the levels roughly correspond to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade. Children can easily revisit fundamentals or challenge themselves with higher levels – all based on their own abilities!

Standard and Plus memberships offer more insight into your child’s development and access to more content. Plus allows 4 users per account and includes the Holy Owly app. All memberships are ad-free and have no binding period!
You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date on which the contract was concluded. If you cancel your contract, you can notify Albert by sending an email to support@hialbert.co.uk and attaching your details in which the subscription is registered.
Our app is specifically designed for tablets and mobile phones to optimize the user experience and functionality. It is not available for download or use on computers.
